    My name is Cassie Mebane. I gained so much weight over the years and complained about it for some time now, finally a good friend of mine invited me to a transition meeting. I expected to hear a lot of drama stories and then to go get a cheeseburger after. But to my surprise there was a Nurse, a Trainer and some life coaches that was there to help me make the change. I felt so loved my friends and was glad I had a support system. My coaches call me to check on me or just to see how my day went. I have group meeting and learned about vitamins and how to eat right. I am so glad I joined!
